Nari jewelry comes in a jewelry pouch.
- Complimentary shipping within the U.S via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required and tracking number. The expected delivery time is 2-5 business days after dispatch. We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once USPS confirms delivery.
- Upgrade to Fedex overnight shipping is $50. Our standard production time still applies if overnight shipping method is chosen.
- If sending as a gift, please include the address and your personal message to the recipient.

We welcome international orders. Delivery speed is usually between 5-7 business days after dispatch, but the exact timeline is subject to custom clearance process. All international orders are final sale.

Import duties, taxes, or other charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to placing an order.

If you have specific timeline to meet, please kindly contact us prior to placing an order to make sure that we can meet your timeline. Depending on the design, we might be able to accommodate rush order.

A rush fee of $50 will be charged on top of the item's full price for all rush orders that we can accommodate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges since every piece is made to order.

Exception: we would accept returns or exchanges if there is a mistake made on our part; wrong size or metal. Please kindly contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly take full responsibility to ensure your satisfaction.
